Description

Hi! We tried several times to recover a password using the traditional methods but we never received a link to recover in the selected e-mail direction.

The account is "Museo Soumaya" that is managed by Wikimedia Mexico chapter volunteers to upload donated GLAM photos and have an OTRS ticket archived, contributions, etcetera.

I know that this message can be annoying, but we tried by ourselfs to recover and we can't.

Is this a bug or request for recovering?

in the first case it would be relevant to MediaWiki-Core-AuthManager or similar project, in second case for Wikimedia-Site-requests or maybe DBA.
