Description

GRAX/Natali-G agreed to investigate how others (TPGers? Service-oriented teams?) collect feedback from their consituents, including the unique requirements of various engagements, formats, etc.

This ticket is a to-do placeholder.

Agreed to review findings the week of 2017-03-17 and/or timebox.

To clarify scope: this is about customer feedback, not performance-related/peer feedback

I spoke with @KLans_WMF, and I think that there could be overlap. So feedback within teams, feedback with people on other teams, feedback for all!
