plwiki 1.5x and 2x logo files use the old Wikipedia logo.

This will need a patch in the operations/mediawiki-config repository to upload correct 1.5x and 2x logos, generated from https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plik:Wikipedia-logo-v2-pl.svg.

I wonder if we're the only affected wiki? Someone should probably check all the logos…
