PAGESINCATEGORY output format is not compatible with #expr and #ifexpr functions (problematic comma)

Description

When the output of PAGESINCATEGORY is 1000 or more, functions as #expr and #ifexpr are not able to interpret the result as a number, and report the comma as an unexpected character.

Can use {{formatnum:{{PAGESINCATEGORY}}|R}} to enable this sort of use.
