My name is Rehmat Aziz Khan Chitrali, I am Test Admin in Khowar Wikipedia Incubator project. I request you that an input method for Khowar Keyboard may kindly be added for the Khowar language (ISO code khw).
I have developed a keyboard for khowar language and want to share the source files with Phabricator project. Can anybody help us regarding this issue?

@Rachitrali You need to submit IME for Khowar (khw) as a pull request to jquery.ime. https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Wp/khw/Gadget-khw-phonetic.js can be easily convert!

@Rachitrali: As priority reflects reality and does not cause it, please elaborate why this task has become more urgent than other tasks on the project workboard. Please do not change priority if it does not confirm with Setting Task Priorities. Resources of teams are limited when it comes to working on requests. We want to be realistic about communicating what is being worked on, to maximize the impact of changes. Practically, this often unfortunately means assigning a lower priority to many tasks.

That page is a description. You cannot "enable" a description wiki page...
See T160084#3272759 and T160084#3153457 - someone (like you) has to write a code change and propose that code change in GitHub.
As you assigned this task to @SantoshiWiki, I assume you have asked @SantoshiWiki and they agreed to write that code change? If not, this task needs to be unassigned. :)

Someone assigned this task to SantoshiWiki but I have not assigned this, this keyboard is very necessary for writing Khowar articles directly in khowar wiki, I am unable to submit a pull request to jquery.ime due to some network error, I'll provide all source files to you via email, please create a pull request on my behalf if possible. @Rachitrali: This will not scale because if there are requests by the maintainer to change / improve something in your changes I will have to manually forward emails from one place or person to another, plus your code change would not list you as the author of it. Please try contributing your changes to GitHub from another network.
(In general and in any project: If you run into "some error", please always provide exact error messages otherwise people cannot help but have to guess.)

When we type in Microsoft word the khowar words are not joining each other, can any one help us? what is the solution?
Well, we do not maintain Microsoft Word so I do not know how that is relevant here, as this is about the MediaWiki software. :)
