Motivation
The special page is designated for users to check if the move is transferring data correctly. Sometimes they need to fix stuff, such as removing a template that does not exist on Commons
Task
Add a preview button (see mockup T156795). When this button is clicked, the SpecialPage should show the rendered version of what the user changed before. This is also what should then be saved, when the user clicks on the "Move to Commons" button.
