When users have many articles in their watchlist, sometimes there is a lot of pages renamed. This can prevent users to see important changes on articles.
Have the ability to toggle on and off this type of changes will solve this problem.

See this discussion on frwiki where:

• an user rename massively categories;
• renaming using bot is no possible (because he also need to manually check some details on renamed categories);
• another user is watching a lot of these pages in the renamed categories.
