The task description says "It seems yahoo is blocking mail from wikimedia."
That's a contradiction - either you know for sure (summary) or you only assume (description). :)

Where did somebody from Yahoo say that "Wikimedia" has to do, instead of someone who is affected by the problem?

@Bawolff told me to let wikimedia fill out the form do to it asking company related questions like address and phone number.

Also I'm only going on by what yahoo told me on https://forums.yahoo.net/t5/Sending-and-receiving/Receiving-emails-from-some-of-wikipedia-s-domains-is-taking/m-p/207089/highlight/false#M32702 so I am unsure. But if yahoo is not throttling then its blocking.

To clarify, paladox was asking for the full address of Wikimedia Foundation on irc, which made it sound like he was filling out some sort of form that is expected to be filled out by an official representantive of the foundation. I don't know if that's actually the case, or what this is really about at all.

Actually you can ask yahoo to stop it. I wiould like someone to fill the form out so yahoo can investigate. I carnt do it as it asks for the company's address.

Yahoo has now unblocked wikimedia as I'm receiving mail on time now :)
