Under any wikipedias, if 'zh-min-nan' is selected as the user language (via Preferences - Internationalisation - Language), the colon used with category-links at the bottom of a page is currently a fullwidth one (：).
It looks like this:
It would be better changed to a halfwidth colon (like in image below) to make it consistent with other punctuation mark usage of the interface under this language.
