Helen was working on this dashboards but we do not think her work was finished. Let us know how you want to proceed, this data is available on http://pivot.wikimedia.org as part of mediawiki edit reconstruction.
@Nuria, this is the new dashboard that Helen created. It stopped working on February 21—none of us (Helen included) touched it around that time.
Right, I understand. I am wondering if these are needed in the light of all data for edit reconstruction being available in pivot. Let us know either way.
Adding to kanban so we can finish this work, I think only crons for data might be missing.
Looking into this, RU is working as expected and the report files are generated correctly in stat1003:/srv/reportupdater/output/metrics/ee.
The files have not been updated in datasets.wikimedia.org since 2017-02-21, which explains that there is only data up to 2017-02-20.
Other report files not related to editor engagement are having the exact same problem.
It looks like there's some issues with rsync'ing the report files to thorium.
After talking with @Ottomata and @Milimetric we recalled T132594, where the report files now are being rsync'd to analytics.wikimedia.org/datasets, instead of datasets.wikimedia.org. There was a change to Dashiki to point to that url instead,
but only registered dashboards got that code deployed. As the editor engagement dashboard is/was WIP, it had not been
registered for deployment and did not receive the URL update.
Change 344178 had a related patch set uploaded (by Nuria):

Dasboards have now data until today: http://localhost:5000/dist/metrics-by-project-EditorEngagement/#projects=eswiki,enwiki,dewiki,frwiki/metrics=Daily%20Edits%20by%20Registered%20Users
Code had been mostly upgraded but never deployed. Outstanding changes that need to be merged are mostly config
FYI we track usage of this dashboard on piwik.wikimedia.org together with the rest of edit dashboards, they seem to get access ad most 2/3 times a day.
