Description

A lot of warning lines happen in refine jobs because of local IPs. We could easily prevent that.

2017-03-18 12:09:04,081 WARN [main] org.wikimedia.analytics.refinery.core.Geocode: com.maxmind.geoip2.exception.AddressNotFoundException: The address 10.XXXX is not in the database.
