Dear brothers and Sisters, I am affiliated with Khowar Wikipedia incubator project as test admin since 2008 and regularly contributing with wikimedia foundation without charging a single peny and free of cost. The Wikimedia wasted my time, energy and my contribution and declined the project due to misunderstanding and due to some other edits done by zaheeruddin etc with one IP. But due to misunderstanding creation of Khowar Wikipedia has been marked as Stalled, I really disappointed. Now I don'nt want to waste my more precious time with this project and the members of LangCom Wikimedia Foundation are not cooperating with me nor encouraging my precious contributions and translations Can anybody guide us what is further process.
