When a user clicks the "Go to File page" for an image, he would be usually shown the file page of the image. In some cases clicking it doesn't take the user to the file page, but instead shows the page which has the image.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Circle packing article
2. Click the image in the main section (other images in the page would also have same effect)
3. Click the "Go to File page"

Expected results
File page of image is shown

The page that has the image is shown, Circle packing in this case
