Description

Flow emails contain links between angle brackets which help some email software to identify links. However, it causes sometimes to end the actual URL with an angle bracket. It’s usually not problematic, but Flow often fails on it (e.g. https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Help_talk:CirrusSearch&action=compare-header-revisions&header_newRevision=tncf1p3jwj6msnx4%3E).
