Once a Cycle 1 page like structure is set-up, language coordinators should translate it. It would make a lot of sense to reuse translations from Meta on my own where it is possible, but some project specific adjustments might have to be made.
It will also help by having language coordinators pointing at some possibly already existing discussions I might have missed while searching for them (T161435). It will require some figuring out what to do with those.
