@Ejb1123 can you share a link where we can test the current behavior? Also, can you verify that the Tabs extension ResourceLoader module has the "mobile" target?

Please see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/ResourceLoader/Writing_a_MobileFrontend_friendly_ResourceLoader_module as this is by design. As Baha points out an extension needs to make adjustments to be compatible with MobileFrontend.
