Opening a redirect page for editing in VE, then cancelling the edit, duplicates the redirect-related interface.

For example, on https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=J.r.r._tolkien&redirect=no:

  1. Click the "Edit" tab.
  2. Cancel the popup dialog.
  3. Click the "Read" tab.
