Create a CI sub project: UnTrusty Sprint

Description

On the continuous infrastructure, most everything has switched to Debian Jessie. There is a long tail of jobs still relying on Ubuntu Trusty which we want to migrate.

I could thus use a new sub project for Continuous-Integration-Infrastructure that would be named UnTrusty Sprint. Will migrate related task under it and get a workboard to deal with them.
