Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate VE in Beta on Commons, but leave NWE deactivated
2. Open some image file
3. Hit Edit tab
4. Switch to source editor
5. Switch to VE back

Expected behavior:
The page in VE is loaded exactly the same after step 3 and 5.

Current behavior:
After step 3 page is loaded in VE with additional uneditable parts (image file preview, history, usage...). After step 5 only the editable part is loaded.

Notes:

• Maybe this is intentional, but it looks broken when the edit page content changes without any reason.
• For both VE and NWE enabled in Beta this issue disappears, the uneditable parts are in step 5 loaded and previewed correctly.
