@Effeietsanders per our chat conversation, I'm assigning this task to you. Please send the email out (no checks needed) or ping if you need my input. The only thing I'd say is that it's good to call out the important initiatives we want to work on, to make it clear that we actually do need the money we're asking for. It's also good to say that most of the initiatives are done completely based on volunteer time, we are requesting money to help us focus on those, and outsource our work where we can (or something along that line).
