Unfortunately, I do not have the user rights to even see the patrol filters on RC page on ptwiki.

I checked RC Patrolled/Unpatrolled filters cawiki - betalabs. Unpatrolled filter returns only edits that are marked with '!' mark. If '!' marked edits were reviewed, the RC page with 'Unpatrolled' filter selected gets updated promptly (including the case when the browser back button was used to return to the previously displayed unpatrolled result set).

What would be extremely helpful, if specific edit ids were provided in the ticket. Edit ids can be found (when diff is clicked) in url e.g. title=Mavetuna&curid=23751&diff=24947&oldid=24946. Also, it'd be great to have a screenshot of RC page with Unpatrolled filter selected and the results returned.

It could be some specifics of Patrol setup in ptwiki - maybe @Catrope can take a look?
