The source configuration for kartotherian / tilerator is at the moment versioned in the application repository. This leads to a fair amount of duplication and just does not make sense. Moving this config to scap3 template makes more sense and will enable sharing variables with meddo as well.

We are now managing sources with puppet. The most important part was to get them out of the kartotherian / tilerator repo, so this is solved.
