Hello. If some vandalist creates a new topic in some talk page with agly content of capture, any sysop can delete the revision and the summary, and it's very good. But in flow, the topic name stays in page history and only oversighter can delete it. Maybe it already was asked, by @eranroz ,or @Matanya , I can't be sure. Could you, please fix this? Thank you.

Is this any different from T162228: Flow is vulnerable to mass vandalism lacking mass rollback function? (If not please merge.)

I think this works out to be a subset of that. Being able to revision delete, would be a tool that could be used for vandal fighting
Not a security issue

It's not the same, of course, still they were created from same reason - flow vansalism.
Why nit security, @Reedy? It gaves unpleasant ideas to vandals how to destroy flow pages.
