I cannot reproduce - https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/9/91/Buddhism_percent_population_in_each_nation_World_Map_Buddhist_data_by_Pew_Research.svg/863px-Buddhism_percent_population_in_each_nation_World_Map_Buddhist_data_by_Pew_Research.svg.png works for me.

What is displayed / happening when accessing that link?
(Wondering if this could be T162035. Or not.)

There have been a lot of similar reports lately (T162130, T161917, T160867) so something is probably up. At a glance, the only common factor that jumps our is that they all seem to be from HiDPI devices, based on the thumbnail dimensions.
