Spotlight results for Saved Articles don't open correctly

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In the Wikipedia App, save an article (such as "Barack Obama")
  2. Go to the Spotlight page in iOS
  3. Search for "Barack Obama" (you may have to tap "Show More")
  4. Tap the entry without a disclosure indicator (>) next to it

Expected
The wikipedia app opens and deep links to the selected article

Actual
The wikipedia app opens, but just display the last screen that was open

Event Timeline

Is this blocked on removing local app content from being indexed? If yes, I'd like to leave that open until we hear back from Apple.

If not, please drop into appropriate stage (looks like merged and could be QA ready)?

Tested on an iPhone 7+ with iOS 10.3 and an iPad Mini 2 Retina with iOS 10.2 both running App 5,4,1,1099

I tried a number of different scenarios around deep linking saved articles from spotlight. Appears to be working fine.
