Now that the Browse Partners page has been filled out, the "You can see per-partner metrics on the partner pages." message is now half-way down the page on the right hand side for some reason. Additionally, the white background finishes half way down, but I think it's supposed to go to or near to the bottom (I could be wrong).

I think the message can just be removed (T160191), but it seems like there might be a larger formatting issue with the page background.
