Currently the documentation page for Popular Pages is blank: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tool:Popular_Pages

Please write documentation about what the bot does, how it works, it's history (Mr.Z-bot and the Community Wishlist), and how to add new projects to it. Also make sure it includes a link to the GitHub repo.
