Description

As discussed in Research staff meeting, we will officially start the model that each quarter one Research team member be responsible for creating the slide deck for the quarterly review. Dario will still review the deck, but most of the work should be done by this volunteer and the rest of the team.

Here are the timelines for Q4 (April 1 to June 30).

By 30 June 2017 - Identify upcoming work & secure dependencies
19 June 2017 - Begin preparing deck
03 July 2017- Send deck to C-team
10-14 July 2017 - Check-in meetings
18 July 2017 - Post on Meta

@leila I can't add this calendar item: "you do not have access to Tech Management's calendar". Who should I talk to about correcting this?

@Capt_Swing I think Abbey said @greg.grossmeier had originally sent this message so he probably will know.

@Capt_Swing , @leila is correct. @greg sent the message to the tech management team. I wasn't able to add it to my calendar either, so I just put the dates in my calendar manually.

(confusingly, @greg is my work account and @greg.grossmeier is my personal one)

I just added a bunch of people to the "share this calendar with" permission page. And change a few to the right permissions (abbey and nuria I think). And then I set it to "everyone at WMF can add it/see details". So, a bunch of people in tech-mgt can now edit and everyone can see it.

Looks like I was able to add the calendar. Tho no visible events, yet. Thanks @greg!

There should be all day events for those dates in the description (I added them before I sent out that initial email to tech-mgt@).
