When moving unpatrolled pages to userspace, if the page was not patrolled, it stays unpatrolled after moving but the patrol button is gone

Description

Hello

When a new article doesn't live up to article standard but is not "bad enough" for speedy deletion they are often moved to the writer's userspace, leaving no redirect. But if the page was not patrolled, it stays unpatrolled after the move but the patrol-button is gone. So I then have to delete and then restore the page to get it "patrolled".

If page is patrolled before the move this issue doesn't come up.

On Swedish wiki, but might be a global issue?

When querying rc_id, namespace is required to same as rc_namespace (Original namespace).[1] Will removing this condition cause any errors?
