Kartotherian geoshapes service should log URLs for errors to Logstash

Description

The main Kartotherian service records some useful debugging metadata such as the requested URL, which usually includes the source wiki and page title associated with an error. However, the geoshapes endpoint seems to not include any data pointing to the original request, for either client or internal server requests. Both the client and kartotherian should forward the referrer URL.

Kartotherian error logging in general needs a lot of work. This should be part of a general push to improve it.
