Description

Per our meeting, memory and NSURLCache can be used for cacheing recent history items. Otherwise history article contents do not need to be saved to disk.

The history database should not be pruned or limited.

Spoke with @JoeWalsh about this and multiple people have run this on simulators while checking the storage folder. It appears to be fixed from their end. I tested with some real devices and saw no new problems with history or saved articles. Ready for signoff.
