Description

Steps to reproduce

Force quit the app while it's on the explore screen
Open the app after it has been inactive for over 3 hours
Immediately pull to refresh the explore feed

Expected results

Only one set of explore cards for today are loaded. A progress indicator is showing indicating that a fetch is happening before you try to pull to refresh.

Actual results

No progress indicator, duplicate cards for today
