@Zppix: This is unrelated to MediaWiki-Search (which is not in use on MediaWiki sites used and hence not accessed by the iOS app).

@JMinor: This ticket is resolved (means: implemented and fixed). But T200267 is declined. What is correct?

Those are not the same request. Users can delete their history, so that
ticket is validly Resolved. This ticket is about not storing or keeping
these in the first place (an incognito mode). That is not currently support
and is unlikely to be a priority any time soon.
