Hi, I am working as a Web Developer at "CloudCherry Analytics" and I was exploring CI servers, in the phabricator-jenkins plugin it is required to have a bot user for phabricator and hence this request.

It says that to acquire a bot account we just need to create a task under "Bot Project" and the rest has to be done by the phabricator admins?

Hi @chhaya_cc! Is this in any way related to Wikimedia's CI infrastructure? Or are you after CI infrastructure for your project / company that is unrelated to Wikimedia?
I wonder if there is a misunderstanding here - Wikimedia neither maintains the phabricator-jenkins plugin nor is Wikimedia Phabricator a hosting service for projects or companies that are unrelated to Wikimedia. Clarification welcome. :)

Can you clarify on this? Or explain me how to exactly create a bot user account for phabricator?
Yes Phabricator-jenkins plugin(https://github.com/uber/phabricator-jenkins-plugin) is owned by uber and very first step for using this needs to have abot user account. I am also new to this, so can't elaborate more on bot account usage.

@chhaya_cc: Please clarify what exactly you would like to do and where, and why that requires to have a bot user in Wikimedia (emphasis by me) Phabricator.
As nobody plans to set up Jenkins integration for Wikimedia Phabricator this request still does not make enough sense to me, sorry. :)
Also I have already linked to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Bots which describes all the information that has to be provided. That's not the case yet.
