Special Characters of Khowar Language are joining each other and not visible in computer, the square boxes are shown instead of characters
Don't assign tasks, that could give a false impression the assignee is already taking care of your issue and so other concerned people risk not to see the task.
The rendering of the script is done by the operating system. Why do you think this is issue in MediaWiki?

You can upload screenshots here in public (as private emails do not scale) but before you potentially waste time on that I really recommend that you answer santhosh's question first.
Because there might be nothing to fix on the Wikimedia site here as we cannot fix your operating system, if I understand correctly so far.
Which input method is this? According to T160084: Add IME for Khowar (khw) we don't have one for Khowar yet.

The khowar words are not joing each other when we type in Microsoft word or note pad
Wikimedia Phabricator is for MediaWiki and other Wikimedia software. Wikimedia does not maintain Microsoft Word or Notepad, so this task sounds out of scope. Hence I am closing this task as invalid. For support for Khowar writing in MediaWiki, see T160084: Add IME for Khowar (khw) instead.
