eslint-config-node-services is under consideration for extending eslint-config-wikimedia. If it gets merged, let's drop eslint-config-node-services unless node-services provides some benefit.

From my outsider of Apps and 'wikimedia-page-library', but Coding Standards and linting proponent perspective, node.js can be linted against for a while now with eslint-config-wikimedia.
It seems reasonable to have the same standards helped to be enforced across projects.
