Make mwext-MobileFrontend-npm-run-lint-modules run on all MobileFrontend patches.
~~The job should be non-voting~~ JR: I revisited this decision with Antoine and Joaquin and documented in commit message. I'd rather breakages forced us to fix problems rather than allowed us to defer them till later.
