Description

In T163881 'tabular-data' was added to unsupported datatypes of test_datatypes. We probably should add support for this new datatype in pywikibot, similar to T161726: Support new geo-shape datatype in Pywikibot.

I'm checking in T160048#3230495 but if the implementation is identical then I could throw together support pretty quickly.

Note that it would start being hard-coded to Commons until I can make a patch to expose the site through the api.
