When I open an entry in English, in the Translations paragraph there are expanding panels. there are no "show" buttonss when I am loggd in. Whe I am not logged in, there are "show" buttons.

What is "an entry" here? Where and how to see a "the Translations paragraph"?
Ideally, exact and clear steps to reproduce should allow any other person to follow these steps (without having to interpret those steps) and see the same results. Problems that others can reliably reproduce can get fixed faster. Thanks!
