R kernel not available for PAWS

Description

I used to be able to start new R notebooks, but I can't anymore.

When I try to open an R notebook, I get a prompt saying:

I couldn't find a kernel matching R. Please select a kernel: [Python 3 v]

Heya! https://paws.tools.wmflabs.org is the newer version of PAWS (URLs will switch shortly!). It does have an R kernel! Can you check it out and confirm?

I do not see an R option in the "new" dropdown.

Also I should confirm that I see the same issue described in the task when trying to open an R notebook.

@Halfak that's strange. I totally do see an 'R' in the new dropdown menu....

I stopped my server and restarted it. Same deal!

I also tried a hard refresh to make sure it wasn't my local cache.

Anything else I could try?
