Stretch images can now be built on labs-bootstrapvz-stretch.openstack.eqiad.wmflabs. A few Ops are working with test builds now... if everyone is happy then we can consider making this public to all Horizon users. Of course Stretch itself is not technically 'released' yet...
Also I need to update the image-building docs on wikitech for this.
