Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

Could I please be added to the 2FA/OATH testing group?

Event Timeline

@TerraCodes: Please always provide specific reasons for such requests, plus what kind of "group" you refer to.

Because I want to help with testing it. On metawiki is called "Two-factor authentication testers" but on enwiki its called "oathauth-tester"

Also thanks for linking that @Reedy

Is there anything on my end that needs to be done?

I think this is pretty obviously ok. Just needs someone to do it.

Optionally (if you havent already) add a comitted identity so your account can be recovered in the event of losing 2fa.

As in, i think a steward would have to add you to the group.

Perhaps this right request should be on meta(?) Im unsure of the procedural rules that apply here

Yep, I already have that

Not a bug. Please see https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Global_permissions for requesting global group permissions. Stewards can add you to that group.
