I am in midst of developing a bot for zhwp that would automatically request for user privileges to be removed after a ban, and therefore in need of a place to perform some testing. Thus I would like to request admin rights on the wiki's beta cluster so that I could test the program by creating and banning test accounts. My username is Dargasea.

I like the idea of removing privileges when a user is blocked. Maybe that can be added directly in MediaWiki core as an option when blocking, this way we would not even need a bot for that :-]
