Description

Switching to mappings has the major benefit that we know, already during processing, what the result will be if any. This allow us to e.g. determine if there are no mapped categories, remove duplicate categories etc.

The mapping could either be just a .json file or a wiki table which gets harvested at the start of the run.

Alternatives to the user pages are also the following new lists
