Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

  • Search for 'Arecaceae' and load it
  • Tap edit and you'll see the article's wikitext
  • Load the 'Subtropics' article
  • Search for 'palms'
  • Tap the 'palms' link and you'll see it redirects to 'Arecaceae'
  • Tap the edit button and you'll see the wikitext for the 'palms' redirect page instead of that of the 'Arecaceae' page you were redirect to

I can't remember if there's a parameter like the one mentioned here T130426 that we're maybe not using when making 'mobileview' queries which could instruct mobileview to use the 'redirect to' title in the links it constructs. That would be quickest fix if it exists.

Barring that iirc mobileview can/does return the 'redirect to' title and we would just need to use that title for the article url storage key.
