So we should definitely be able to offer them help with setting up listeria lists. Not too resource intensive and should be fairly easy to re-use resources for more countries. The main issue with that is of course that some wikis don't allow Listeria lists (or don't allow it in a namespace where the organiser wants the lists to live).
