Coordinators often have to speak to partners about either individual user accounts or the currently active accounts more broadly. It would be very useful for them to be able to see a full list of currently active approved & sent accounts, per partner. While they can filter the list of applications under Review Applications, this isn't very intuitive and doesn't give a simple list of User name - Name - Email, which would be very useful to them.

Another data point for why this is an issue: While coordinators can currently filter Sent applications for a partner to see who was already approved, they can't see those user's email addresses, which is data that is often useful to them when coordinating with a partner.

I went ahead and implemented this on staging as a modification of the application review. It's not pretty, but it's minimally functional.
This will need followup as it's rough around the edges, but we'll start the week with something that at least works.
