No "find project" list when writing inside square brackets

Description

To reproduce:

  1. Create a new task.
  2. In the description field, type a square bracket followed by start of project tag, e.g. "[#phab".

Actual result:
Nothing happens.

Expected result:
Find project list pops up with suggested projects.

More information:
This also happens when using @ for users, inside brackets already in place and inside curly brackets.

This one would be harry to fix, due to the complex interaction of parser rules and the fact that [ is meaningful in remarkup syntax. I wouldn't expect this to ever work.
