I think it should be. Sadly I wasn't given more information there. Will wait for @Qgil 's confirmation before signing (but I have this urge to sign this now though :D)

@01tonythomas: Sorry for confusing you! I realize the email did not mention it but only https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Volunteer_NDA which mentions L2.
So yeah this task is about L2. And in addition, L35 will be needed.

@01tonythomas: if you also want to access WMF-NDA tasks (which I think is not needed for the CoC) please explicitly say so, as that would require a sign-off by WMF C-Level staff.

It is AFAIK. I do not think I should be looking at WMF-NDA yet, so this should be resolved. Thank you!
