Take out gray background behind list bullets in syntax highlighting
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

In syntax highlighting for the wikitext editor, take out the gray background behind list bullets * and #

The gray makes the bullets a little harder to distinguish, and there's no obvious purpose to the background.

This is per the discussions in T163919: Design review for CodeMirror extension
